About the Role
Timezone, located at Mall of Faridabad, Haryana, is seeking a competent Venue Service Engineer to manage maintenance and troubleshooting for arcade games, virtual reality attractions, redemption machines, and similar entertainment equipment. This role demands practical expertise in identifying PCB faults, performing electrical and electronic repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted venue activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on arcade machines, VR devices, bowling equipment, and other amusement apparatus.
- Diagnose and repair issues in Printed Circuit Boards using appropriate testing instruments and electronic troubleshooting practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical malfunctions promptly.
- Replace or fix defective components including relays, switches, sensors, motors, power supply units, wiring, and control boards.
- Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to identify faults.
- Perform soldering, desoldering, and basic repairs at the PCB level when necessary.
- Ensure operational readiness of all machines before opening and during operating hours.
- Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime effectively.
- Keep detailed service reports, logs related to maintenance, and manage inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturer vendors for significant repairs and technical assistance as needed.
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety regulations and company-approved maintenance protocols.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new arcade and entertainment equipment.
- Work closely with the venue's operational team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the workshop and service zones.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or ITI certification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in PCB fault detection, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Sound understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, SMPS units, sensors, motors, and electronic components.
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
- Experience using multimeters, soldering tools, and other testing instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts which include weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience maintaining arcade, gaming, amusement, or automation equipment is advantageous. Candidates familiar with diagnosing and repairing PCB control boards and other electronic gaming peripherals will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (in-hand, final amount based on interview)
