Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh to carry out testing, commissioning, and validation of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure electrical systems. The role involves supporting the safe and standards-compliant operation of MV/LV systems, protection relays, switchgear, and related MEP/ELV interfaces. Fresh graduates with solid technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and commissioning activities for medium and low voltage electrical systems as per approved Method Statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
- Test components including LV Switchgear, Control Panels, CTs, VTs, Circuit Breakers, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), UPS, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Protection Systems.
- Assist with commissioning of Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), Emergency Lighting, and other Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Utilize electrical test instruments such as CT Analyzers (Omicron), CPC 100 & MOM 200 devices, insulation resistance testers, continuity, earth resistance meters, and power quality analyzers; training will be provided as needed.
- Validate installations against electrical drawings and compliance standards including IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and Saudi Building Code.
- Prepare detailed test reports, commissioning records, punch lists, and project handover documents.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams, consultants, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, including Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols during all activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience ranging from fresh graduates up to 5 years in Electrical Engineering fields, specifically in Testing & Commissioning, Power Systems, or MEP projects.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferable.
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and Saudi codes is beneficial.
- Approval by the Saudi Electric Company (SEC) is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems and protection testing or commissioning tasks.
- Working familiarity with equipment from ABB, Schneider, Siemens, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, as well as BMS and Fire Alarm systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and document technical findings effectively.
- Willingness to travel to and work at various project sites across Saudi Arabia.
