Role Summary
The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for driving digital sales growth by managing online product content and improving the website user experience to enhance product visibility, increase conversions, and maintain brand integrity.
Key Duties
- Manage the full product lifecycle including launching items on schedule, ensuring precise product descriptions, and coordinating photography processes.
- Track and analyze online sales data, site traffic, and conversion rates to spot growth opportunities.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product discoverability and optimize product pages.
- Maintain oversight of customer-generated content such as reviews and lead SEO efforts to enhance user engagement and search rankings.
- Work closely with marketing teams to select appropriate assets and visuals to support campaigns and enhance the onsite experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or ecommerce activities.
- Advanced skills in Excel including vlookups, pivot tables, and formula usage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, product catalog management, and site merchandising best practices.
Preferred Background
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. Experience working in retail or apparel sectors is advantageous.
