Job description
Role Overview
We are currently expanding our operations along the east coast and seeking a seasoned E-commerce Director to oversee this region. This leadership role involves supervising, training, and recruiting regional sales personnel, while managing existing dealer relationships and supporting CRM, website, and Google integration with dealer agreements. Our company offers CRM and Internet Lead Production solutions and is growing rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales teams through supervision and training.
- Recruit qualified candidates for sales positions within the region.
- Maintain and nurture current dealer accounts.
- Assist in integrating CRM, website systems, and Google with dealer agreements.
- Participate in some travel to support regional operations.
- Attend a one-week training program in Seattle, WA, with transportation and accommodation covered.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior experience as an E-commerce Director.
- Proven employment history with a solid professional background is mandatory.
