Role Overview
The E-Commerce Merchandising Intern will be responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt presentation of product assortments, pricing, and digital content aligned with marketing campaigns, stock levels, and seasonal priorities. The goal is to deliver a cohesive, visually engaging, and brand-consistent online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of landing pages, gift guides, and themed banners according to marketing and merchandising schedules.
- Implement e-visual merchandising principles for digital categories, product carousels, and homepage animations.
- Manage cross-selling, upselling, and promotional displays based on e-merchandising strategies.
- Optimize on-site search and sorting rules tailored for different platforms.
- Maintain and update product data including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Collaborate with inventory and supply teams to ensure product availability is accurately reflected.
- Conduct audits and resolve issues related to product content on e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing channels' performance.
- Support coordination of email campaigns to ensure alignment with landing pages.
- Track and report key e-commerce and omnichannel performance indicators.
- Identify underperforming products and highlight missed opportunities.
- Assist in post-campaign evaluations for gift occasions and collection launches.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Keen interest in luxury retail, digital marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce operations.
