Overview
Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst with proven expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations. This role demands comprehensive experience in business requirement analysis and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to streamline procurement to pay cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT departments to gather detailed requirements and ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) along with Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Map business processes, perform fit-gap analyses, and handle stakeholder engagement effectively.
- Provide support during system implementation phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alongside comprehensive documentation and end-user training.
- Drive process optimization across the entire Source-to-Pay spectrum to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business analysis methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills geared towards effective stakeholder collaboration.
