Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled daily routes for collecting pets from veterinary clinics and delivering remains and memorials back to clinics or families with dignity.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle all pets with the utmost respect and compassion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and identification records related to collections and deliveries.
• Assist carefully with loading and unloading items to ensure safety and respectfulness.
• Support effective communication between drivers, administrative support, and operational teams.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and uphold cleanliness standards throughout each workday.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Possession of a valid Australian driver's license.
