Door Supervisor - Liverpool

Role Overview

Metro Guard Oxford Limited is seeking dedicated Door Supervisors to join our team at a prestigious Liverpool venue. The key responsibility is to safeguard the wellbeing of both patrons and employees and to protect the venue's assets, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manning the entrance to screen visitors ensuring they meet suitability criteria
• Confirming that visitors are over 18 and not carrying prohibited items such as drugs or weapons
• Managing points of entry and exit efficiently
• Maintaining a secure and orderly environment inside the venue through customer and crowd control
• Monitoring arrivals, conducting ID verifications and carrying out searches when necessary

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of prior experience as a Door Supervisor
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence mandatory
• Strong communication and a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting
• Dependability, confidence, and composure under pressure
• Capability to manage emergency scenarios calmly and professionally

Working Details

• Permanent role available for full-time or part-time candidates
• Typical shifts include four evening or late shifts per week, ranging from 18:00 to 00:30 or 20:00 to 01:30
• Location: Liverpool
• Hourly wage: £13.50
