This is an hourly contract opportunity for a Word and PDF specialist working fully remotely. The role focuses on producing polished, compliant, and accurately maintained documents at a professional standard.

Compensation and commitment

Pay ranges from $20 to $65 per hour. The expected workload is flexible within a 10 to 40 hours per week commitment.

Key responsibilities

Refine, review, and format files in Microsoft Word and PDF so they meet professional presentation standards.
Handle tracked edits, review comments, and document version management across detailed files.
Build and update interactive forms and reusable templates in both Word and PDF formats.
Pull information from documents and combine it accurately into usable outputs.
Work with teams across functions to deliver document solutions that satisfy compliance needs.
Set up document workflows that follow legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Guide internal stakeholders on document tools, best practices, and proper usage.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and PDF editing software is essential.
Strong command of formatting, tracked changes, and version control processes is required.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.
Experience managing confidential and sensitive material is important for this role.
