About the Company

Role Overview

The company is hiring a meticulous and well-organized Document Controller to help manage records, keep documentation orderly, and support internal teams with day-to-day document handling. This role is a strong fit for someone who is starting out or building experience in document control and administration.

Working Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position. The schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, store, and maintain company documents in digital and paper formats.
  • Receive incoming files, record them, circulate them to the relevant people, and archive them as per company process.
  • Keep document versions current and ensure updates are properly controlled.
  • Maintain registers and tracking sheets for document movement and status.
  • Support teams by locating and retrieving documents when needed.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information at all times.
  • Carry out routine checks to confirm documents are complete and accurate.
  • Help prepare reports and handle other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
