Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and dependable individual to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing facility in Labrador. This full-time contractual position involves ensuring accurate, safe, and timely packing, loading, and delivery of dairy orders. You'll join a collaborative team dedicated to excellence, contributing significantly to moving dairy products efficiently from farm to customer refrigerators.

Our warehouse operates 24/7 across three shifts, promoting work-life balance with flexible scheduling options tailored to individual lifestyles. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for skill enhancement and advancement to higher positions for motivated personnel.

Candidate Profile

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labor in a cold-room environment.
• Possess a current forklift certification and confident in operating within confined spaces, or willing to gain this qualification.
• Strong commitment to safety adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
• Reliable and prepared to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to accurately follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for completing order documentation.
