Position Summary
We are recruiting for a Disponent (m/w/d) on behalf of a mechanical engineering firm located in Büchen. The role starts as soon as possible and involves managing customer orders and production scheduling within a capacity and materials framework.
Responsibilities
- Review and process customer orders including scheduling production orders based on material and capacity availability
- Execute procurement of consumables
- Respond to missing parts lists related to customer orders
- Assist in tracking deadlines of production and customer orders
- Handle and monitor shortages and backlogs
- Maintain reports, summaries, and key performance indicators
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk
- Experience working in disposition or scheduling
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
