Director / Partner – Value Creation Services

About the Role

An established professional services firm in Dublin is creating a new Value Creation Services division and is recruiting a Director or Partner to lead this initiative. This role involves collaborating closely with company founders, CEOs, and CFOs to enhance company value before investment, succession, or exit by focusing on operational improvements, profitability enhancements, and better cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and expand a leading Value Creation Services practice within the firm.
• Advise privately owned companies in preparation for sale, investment, or succession.
• Identify and execute strategies to improve EBITDA, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on strategic and operational challenges.
• Work jointly with Deal Advisory and Corporate Finance units to provide integrated client solutions.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship building.
• Lead advisory projects from diagnostic analysis through successful implementation.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team for the Value Creation practice.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in leading operational improvement and value creation projects.
• Strong credibility and rapport with CEOs, CFOs, and company founders.
• Desirable experience advising on investments, exits, or business succession.
• Proven record improving profitability and cash generation within organizations.
• Strong business development skills with a history of cultivating lasting client relationships.
• Experience building and leading advisory teams.

Additional Information

This position offers the opportunity to shape and grow a newly launched service line in a reputable firm with the support of an existing Advisory and Deal Advisory platform. Salary is dependent on experience. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid working arrangement.
