About the Role

A client of Peak Partners, specializing in the furnishings sector and based in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their onsite team. This leadership position involves steering operational excellence and driving strategic expansion in new markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in operations and warehouse management.
• In-depth knowledge of operational workflows, inventory controls, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams to reach operational goals.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing operational issues.
• Effective communicative and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams, with clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software for inventory, logistics, and operational reporting.
