직무 설명

About the Company

Theranica is a neuromodulation therapeutics company focused on changing how idiopathic pain disorders are treated. Its Remote Electrical Neuromodulation (REN) platform uses a mechanism-based, precision method that activates the body’s own pain-inhibition pathway through Conditioned Pain Modulation (CPM). As the company expands this new approach in migraine and complex pain care, it is looking for a practical, hands-on Director of Operations to lead and grow its US operations engine.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy leadership position that requires close involvement in daily operating processes. You will oversee the full product-delivery journey, starting when a prescription is created and continuing through billing and claim reconciliation. The role sits at the center of the organization, connecting Sales, Finance, and Market Access so patients can access therapy with as little friction as possible.

The position is best suited to someone who performs well in fast-moving environments, makes decisions using data, and still keeps patient experience at the center of execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full prescription-to-fulfillment process, including internal and external intake teams, specialty pharmacy coordination, and optimization of VA and DME distribution pathways.

Own revenue cycle strategy and execution, covering medical-benefit billing, prior authorizations, clinical documentation, claim filing, appeals, and reconciliation activities.

Manage US supply chain operations, including logistics, device inventory control, quality checks, and relationships with distributors and specialty pharmacy partners so stock stays aligned with changing demand.

Oversee the US customer care operation, ensuring prompt help and technical troubleshooting for customer inquiries.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in Durable Medical Equipment distribution, distributor contracting, and medical-benefit claims submission. Experience in pharmacy-benefit operations is considered an advantage.

Strong DME operations expertise is important, especially in intake and fulfillment processes under medical-benefit models and DME distribution structures, including clinic-based stock-and-bill workflows.

Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, ERP platforms, and specialized DME systems such as Parachute is preferred.

You should be comfortable setting and monitoring KPIs such as prescription conversion rates and fulfillment timelines to support continuous improvement.

The role also requires cross-functional influence, with the ability to work through ownership overlaps among Market Access, Finance, and Sales.

Additional strengths include knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing, HIPAA requirements, and standard quality assurance practices.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical or clinical discipline is required.

An MBA or master’s degree is strongly preferred and would be a meaningful advantage for this leadership role.

Additional Information

This role is based in the United States and is structured as a remote full-time position.
