About the Role

Role Overview
The Director of OB/GYN Practices is accountable for overseeing the system-wide operation of OB/GYN practices within their portfolio. The position covers leadership of physicians, advanced practice providers, and physician office teams, while also guiding the overall direction of the practices to align with system, hospital, and physician objectives.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead physician management and internal communication across the practices.
- Improve practice efficiency, workflow, customer experience, productivity, and growth.
- Oversee physician offices and support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and execute marketing and service initiatives aimed at referring physicians.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with healthcare experience and prior management exposure.
Preferred Qualifications
A master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred. Additional healthcare management experience is also an advantage.
