Role Overview
This opportunity is with a fast-scaling Data & AI consulting organization that supports large enterprise transformation programs for international clients in the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors. The position is based in Singapore and is suited to a senior consulting leader who can connect deep technical know-how with client advisory, solution design, and business development.
The role sits at the crossroads of data strategy, AI-led innovation, and enterprise transformation. The right candidate will be expected to guide complex programs, engage senior stakeholders, and help shape solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer transformation programs powered by data, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Develop and execute data strategies for enterprise customers.
- Own solution development and support pre-sales activities such as proposal creation, pitching, and shaping commercial opportunities.
- Foster and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across global accounts.
- Lead diverse teams made up of GenAI engineers, data scientists, and application developers.
- Manage delivery across GenAI, large-scale data platforms, BI tools such as Power BI, and cloud-based application work including React-based solutions.
- Spot growth opportunities within accounts and help drive revenue expansion.
Experience and Profile Sought
- 9 to 15 years of experience in data, AI, or analytics consulting.
- Strong grasp of big data, AI/ML, and current enterprise data architectures.
- Hands-on exposure to solutioning, pre-sales, or enterprise sales enablement.
- Confidence working with and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Background in leading end-to-end consulting or transformation engagements.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Industry Exposure
- Prior client work in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.
- Experience supporting retail clients is also desirable.
