Digital Transformation Specialist

Overview

RMG | ريناد المجد is looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist with a background in Computer Science and proven experience on Qias projects within Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading the digital transformation efforts for Qias projects in Jeddah by improving workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee digital transformation initiatives tailored to Qias projects.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for digital enhancements and automation.
• Implement and integrate digital platforms such as ERP, project management software, BIM, and data analytics tools.
• Create and manage real-time dashboards to monitor project performance.
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to determine digital requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration between IT infrastructure and construction operations.
• Provide training, support, and guidance on change management to project teams.
• Track and report the progress and return on investment of digital transformation initiatives to Qias management.
• Guarantee all digital solutions comply with Qias standards, Saudi regulations, and cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area.
• Proven experience working on Qias projects in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, systems implementation, or IT project delivery.
• Expertise in digital transformation frameworks and recognized best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong skills in database management and system integration.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and foster digital adoption within teams.
