About The Role

As the Digital Retail & E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be vital in managing the daily operations of Louis Vuitton's UK website. You will work closely with multiple teams, including retail colleagues, Client Services in Brussels, Client Development, Supply Chain, and Digital teams in Paris. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the UKIR trade calendar proactively, ensuring timely and precise updates while scheduling launches and pushes that support advanced trade actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align trade plans and identify opportunities to meet sales goals.
  • Assist the Digital Retail and E-Commerce Manager in reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance, sharing findings across the company.
  • Provide synthesis reports offering actionable insights to maximize business outcomes and ensuring trade plans are executed punctually.
  • Define email marketing strategies, including targeting and segmentation, working alongside the EMEA CRM team.
  • Establish and maintain local strategies for LV App push notifications and SMS communications in line with brand standards.
  • Support planning and execute A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Update the website’s homepage weekly, ensuring commercial messaging is consistent and aligned with local strategies throughout the client journey.
  • Maintain accuracy and currency of information on vital web pages like delivery, returns, and FAQs.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as the business user representative on key projects and technical updates.
  • Build strong relationships with retail stores and client services, serving as their primary digital contact and supporting digital retail and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Refine and enhance local omni-channel procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying and developing key clients, coordinate nominations and events, and provide valuable insights on top digital clients.
