About the Role
Raja Priya Group, a real estate and property services company based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to work full time from their office. The candidate will be responsible for managing diverse digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms to promote real estate properties effectively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other property-centric content.
- Plan, implement, and oversee Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and campaigns for lead generation.
- Create AI-generated videos and marketing materials.
- Edit videos for reels, property showcases, and promotional purposes.
- Design marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, thumbnails, and social media graphics using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Monitor leads and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations departments to align marketing strategies.
- Innovate creative marketing concepts tailored for real estate promotions.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundation in digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Proficient experience with Meta Ads management.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads platforms.
- Competent video editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI-driven video and content creation tools.
- Expertise in social media account management.
- Design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent graphic applications.
- Effective communication abilities paired with creative problem-solving.
- Experience within real estate marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have their own personal laptop capable of supporting video editing software, AI tools, and advertising platforms.
- Work hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with mandatory office presence.
