Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to work full-time from our Pune office. The candidate will leverage performance marketing tools, AI, and innovative strategies to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and maintain optimized Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to acquire high-quality leads at minimal costs.
- Constantly evaluate and improve campaign performance through data analysis.
- Create engaging and persuasive ad creatives and marketing funnels that convert.
- Administer social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, by devising content calendars and crafting Marathi-language marketing content to boost engagement and lead generation.
- Develop marketing materials such as posters, banners, and advertisements using Canva and Figma, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Produce and edit short-form videos and reels tailored for social media and promotional activities.
- Design and update company websites and create high-conversion landing pages tailored for advertising campaigns, enhancing user experience and lead capture.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns using WATI, including broadcast and automation strategies, to nurture leads and integrate communications into the marketing funnel.
- Utilize AI-driven tools for content creation, automated marketing workflows, and improved campaign creativity.
- Support development of marketing funnels, assist in campaign launches, and provide performance reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager for campaign management.
- Experienced in Canva and Figma for creative design.
- Capable of website design and building landing pages that drive conversions.
- Knowledgeable in WhatsApp marketing using WATI platform.
- Skilled in editing social media videos.
- Fluent in Marathi with excellent content writing abilities.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools applicable to digital marketing.

The ideal applicant must have at least two years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on creativity and performance-driven results. They should thrive in fast-paced, startup settings, possess a continuous learning mindset about modern marketing technologies, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Additional Information
- No interest in candidates who perform only social content posting; a professional capable of leading campaigns, building funnels, and driving measurable growth using modern and AI-based tools is desired.
- Candidates living within 5 to 10 kilometers of Chhatrapati Shivajinagar, Pune 411005, are preferred.
- Salary range is between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 per month, dependent on experience and skills.
