About the Role
Harold Electricals is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to oversee the management of our e-commerce platform and assist with various digital marketing efforts. This role involves regular updates of product prices and listings, website content management, and customer relationship management (CRM). Additionally, the intern will be tasked with channeling potential customer leads to the sales department and preparing detailed reports utilizing advanced Excel functionalities such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update product prices and listings on the e-commerce site.
- Maintain and refresh website content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Manage CRM processes to enhance customer engagement.
- Forward generated leads promptly to the Sales team for follow-up.
- Compile and analyze data reports using advanced Excel features.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
