About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and imaginative Digital Designer to create compelling visual assets that strengthen brand visibility across websites, mobile experiences, social channels, email, and broader digital marketing campaigns. This position works closely with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders to shape polished design work that improves user experience and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visuals for websites, landing pages, social platforms, email campaigns, online ads, and other digital touchpoints.
- Create design work that reflects brand standards and supports marketing outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to build concepts and campaign assets.
- Produce intuitive layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other digital collateral.
- Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and campaigns.
- Keep brand identity consistent across every digital channel.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and compatible across platforms.
- Handle several design assignments at once while maintaining deadlines and quality.
- Track new design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to better design workflows, templates, and reusable creative assets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or another creative design role.
- A strong portfolio showing work across digital, web, and marketing design.
- Hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Figma or comparable software.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or motion graphics is considered an advantage.
- Strong creativity, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Comfort working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
