Role overview

To strengthen the team at the central Munich office, the company is looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on Kubernetes and cloud environments. The role supports both the ongoing development of the platform and the reliability, security, and evolution of cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop multiple Kubernetes clusters running both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Continuously monitor system availability and resolve uptime and reliability issues.
• Improve platform security through hardening measures and the application of modern security standards.
• Advance cloud services built on Node.js.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or a degree in computer science.
• Professional experience working as a DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes clusters.
• Practical knowledge of Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills and excellent German language ability at C1 level or above.

The position is based in Munich and requires on-site work. Applications are expected in German.
