직무 설명
Key Responsibilities
- Develop designs for ACMV systems including chilled water, direct expansion (DX), ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Conduct cooling load estimations and appropriately size equipment such as air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, pumps, fans, ductwork, and piping.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, calculations, technical documents, and specifications utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Apply value engineering techniques to enhance system functionality, constructability, energy efficiency, and reduce project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and other trades to address and resolve design-related challenges.
- Evaluate shop drawings, review material submissions, and offer technical assistance throughout construction phases.
- Participate in site inspections and assist in testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all designs conform to standards set by BCA, SS, ASHRAE, and Green Mark certification requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least three years of professional experience in ACMV system design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software; familiarity with Revit/BIM and HAP software is desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of ACMV design standards, value engineering methodologies, and strong coordination capabilities.
