About the Role

Star Dental Centre Private Limited, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking motivated individuals to join as Dental Assistants. This position involves supporting dentists during treatments such as root canal therapy, scaling, extractions, fillings, and implants. Candidates will be responsible for preparing and managing dental instruments and materials, guiding patients through their treatments, and maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of the clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during various treatment procedures including RCT, scaling, extraction, filling, and implants.
• Prepare and organize dental instruments and materials necessary for treatments.
• Guide and prepare patients for dental procedures ensuring their comfort and understanding.
• Maintain the clinic’s cleanliness and ensure all instruments are properly sterilized.
• Manage stock levels of dental materials and equipment effectively.
• Handle patient appointments and maintain basic records accurately.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• At least 10th or 12th grade pass; candidates with Dental Assistant Certification are preferred.
• Open to freshers with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in Hindi is essential, with basic English communication skills preferred.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are important.
