About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and trustworthy Delivery Rider to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. The ideal candidate will focus on customer satisfaction while fulfilling delivery tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver orders within the assigned region promptly.
- Verify delivery details such as customer address and contact number before dispatch.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
- Maintain records of deliveries conducted.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and safety protocols during all deliveries.
