Job Duties

• Deliver pizzas and beverages safely and efficiently within designated delivery areas, utilizing company vehicles or personal cars with mileage reimbursement.
• Navigate through various terrains, including multi-story buildings, to deliver orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Perform physical activities such as walking, carrying, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling delivery tools and products with care and precision.
• Use state-of-the-art delivery technology to enhance delivery speed and route efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality control standards, including safe driving practices and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide a motor vehicle report.
• Possess reliable vehicle if opting to use personal transportation; alternatively, qualify to operate company vehicles (minimum 21 years old, two years driving experience).
• Strong navigation skills capable of reading maps and locating addresses accurately.
• Capable of working under pressure, independently and collaboratively, while maintaining excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varied weather conditions and temperature changes both indoors and outdoors during deliveries and in-store tasks.
• Handling food odors, cornmeal dust, and working near hot surfaces and moving machinery.
• Physical demands include walking, carrying items, climbing stairs (up to 5 flights), stooping, bending, reaching above 6 feet, hand coordination, and manipulation of delivery equipment.
• Use of senses such as hearing, talking, depth perception, and vision for safe driving, order preparation, and customer interaction.
