Role Summary

We are seeking a dependable and personable Delivery Driver to contribute to timely deliveries of automotive parts and support merchandising efforts on site. You will embody the BNT brand by providing excellent customer interactions and trustworthy service, preserving professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely to deliver parts and consumables to customers and branches.
• Load and unload deliveries with care ensuring the goods arrive in optimal condition and all paperwork is accurate.
• Adhere to planned delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Represent the company positively through courteous and professional conduct during deliveries.
• Accurately document customer credit transactions including returns and their details to maintain compliance.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with customer contacts during deliveries and visits.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through reliability and assistance.
• Communicate market insights, client feedback, and competitor information to management promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer service or exposure to customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or product-related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competency in typing and basic computer usage.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing and able to work alternate Saturday mornings.
• Possession of a full, clean Class 1 New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Capability for moderate lifting of items up to 20 kg.
