Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- At least two years of verifiable driving experience
- Consistent employment background
- Compliance with company motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks including DOT, CSA, and criminal history
- Previous experience in food or beverage delivery is advantageous
- Capability to lift 20 pounds frequently
- Skill in navigating vehicles safely in tight spaces and heavy traffic
Driving History Requirements
- Drivers aged 18 must show two years of driving history immediately prior to the motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Drivers aged 19 must present at least one year of driving history before the MVR evaluation
- A learner's permit period, if officially documented, can count towards driving history; unlicensed drivers are not accepted
Driving Record Standards
- No more than two driving-related infractions (e.g., speeding, failure to obey signals, careless driving, seat belt violations) in the two years preceding the MVR
- No more than three violations in the past three years
- No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years
Disqualifying Violations
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Hit and run offenses
- Reckless driving
- Driving-related offenses involving drugs or alcohol
- Vehicular homicide or assault
- Illegal racing or exhibition driving
- Evading police or attempting to elude law enforcement
