Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver packages according to schedule.
- Ensure accuracy by verifying delivery details for each order.
- Collect payments via cash or digital methods when applicable.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries and provide proof of fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report any delivery challenges, delays, or customer concerns to supervisory staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed education up to 10th or 12th grade.
- Valid driving license for relevant vehicle type (two-wheeler or four-wheeler).
- Preference given to candidates owning a vehicle as per company needs.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS-based navigation applications.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Good physical stamina and readiness to work flexible shifts.
