Position Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Boy for our team based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a full-time role focused on prompt and efficient delivery of packages to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver parcels, food, or items to customers within the scheduled time.
- Confirm order details before delivery, including cash on delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
- Keep the delivery vehicle in good condition and adhere to safety and traffic regulations.
- Update the delivery status promptly in the company app or system.
- Maintain professional and polite interactions with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (motorbike or scooter) with valid registration certificate (RC).
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Basic familiarity with Ahmedabad city routes and areas.
- Have a smartphone with an active internet connection to track and update deliveries.
- Education minimum of 10th grade pass.
- Preferred age range is 18 to 35 years.
Additional Preferences and Benefits
- Previous experience in delivery or courier service is advantageous.
- Fuel expenses for the vehicle will be reimbursed according to company policy.
- Incentive payments will be provided based on the number and quality of parcels delivered.
