Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Deli/Bakery Team Associates responsible for crafting high-quality food items for our customers. This role involves engaging with customers at the service counter, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and rigorously adhering to food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30, with the actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required in the job location. In addition to base pay, employees may earn annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Certain working conditions may qualify for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums depend on factors such as schedule, location, seasonality, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if criteria are met.

Work Schedule and Location

Opportunities include full-time or part-time positions with shifts available during mid-shift and closing hours.
