Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking DC Controller to become part of our Supply Chain team. The role is crucial for maintaining warehouse productivity, ensuring accurate inventory records, and delivering timely reports, thereby facilitating smooth distribution across NADEC’s regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop baseline customer demand forecasts by gathering, evaluating, and validating relevant data.
- Monitor and update forecasted consumption data at the customer level.
- Assist in inventory planning for current products, new introductions, and product phase-outs.
- Review daily and monthly inventory transactions to detect any inconsistencies.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly DC performance reports comparing allocations with actual receipts.
- Reconcile system records against physical returns from the market.
- Manage safety and quality standards within the distribution center operations.
- Maintain and update minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure system accuracy.
- Track return and receipt of empty crates between the distribution center and Haradh factory.
- Provide comprehensive shift management reports to support operational decisions.
- Engage actively in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Has 0 to 2 years of professional experience in Warehouse and Logistics functions, preferably within the FMCG sector.
