About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Operate shifts covering Australian and European market hours on a rotating basis.
- Execute equity and CFD orders for institutional and retail clients across multiple global exchanges using diverse trading platforms.
- Conduct order verification procedures for phone-received instructions.
- Generate sales trading insights and reports.
- Cooperate with traders and related departments to reconcile trade inconsistencies.
- Communicate executed trade details to business units, traders, and clients.
- Log post-trade information into the NOVA database to produce trade contracts.
- Participate in and support Business Continuity Plan activities and system testing.
- Provide administrative aid for staff accounts and handle document filing.
- Drive improvements to workflows to enhance order processing and minimize errors.
- Be available to work on Singapore public holidays.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adapt well to change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and calculated risk-taking.
- Exhibit strong teamwork combined with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Possess 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience.
- Holding regulatory licenses M1, M5, M6, or M6A is an advantage.
- Understand the lifecycle of the trading ecosystem.
- Knowledge of basic algorithmic trading applications is beneficial.
- Experience with other markets such as SET, IDX, Bursa, HKEX, ASX, or TSE is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like FIS and Bloomberg adds value.
