Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist passionate about continuous learning, data analysis, scaling solutions, and agility. The role demands strong collaboration and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets to pose pertinent questions and derive effective answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine raw data by evaluating quality, performing cleansing, and organizing it for subsequent processing stages.
- Develop precise and scalable predictive algorithms to support business goals.
- Work closely with the engineering team to transition analytical models from prototypes to production-ready systems.
- Deliver actionable insights that can drive improvements across business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Have between one and two years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
- Strong grasp of predictive modeling methodologies, machine learning, clustering, classification techniques, and algorithms.
- Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or SQL.
- Experience with Big Data technologies and visualization platforms including Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, and Tableau.
