Job Overview

TrueID seeks an experienced Data Scientist with 5 to 8 years of expertise to develop scalable, high-impact predictive analytics solutions. The role involves utilizing advanced AI, including Generative AI and machine learning, to build data pipelines and deploy robust solutions as part of the productization team serving diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to convert business needs into analytical solutions.
• Extract and merge data from varied sources such as APIs, databases, and files.
• Analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model creation, deployment, and evaluation.
• Optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Build APIs and services for seamless model deployment and integration within enterprise systems.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, security, and compliance during the analytics process.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge AI, GenAI, machine learning, and data science advancements and advocate for their integration.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields at the Bachelor's or Master's level.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for data manipulation and model development.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, sampling methods, and experimental design supporting data-driven strategies.
• Skillful application of statistical and machine learning techniques for large dataset analysis, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and actionable insights.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and big data tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing REST APIs and embedding AI models in production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graph databases like Neo4j, graph data modeling for fraud detection, relationship mapping, or customer analytics.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to statistical techniques for entity matching and identity resolution.
