The job starts on August 10, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. Compensation is set at 21.33 dollars per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and verify business license information for integration into license managed services.
• Conduct research via phone, email, mail, and online resources to maintain current and precise license data.
• Adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring rapid and consistent output in license verification tasks.
• Engage with governmental agencies and partners to obtain necessary documentation regarding license statuses.
• Manage sensitive or complex verification tasks independently, exercising sound judgment without strict guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records primarily using Excel, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with external partners and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal tact and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with Adobe PDF tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on detail-oriented and high-quality work output.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
