Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position requires a Data Entry Specialist responsible for accurately inputting laboratory and client information into company databases. Additional responsibilities include general administrative tasks and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and precise typing abilities for efficient data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant database applications
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Experience with administrative duties such as filing and organizing documents
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive work
