Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to an extensive data and analytics project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building dependable data infrastructures that enable teams to make informed decisions promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and sustain scalable data pipelines handling large volumes of data.
Design and enhance data warehouse architectures and modeling strategies.
Develop accurate and dependable datasets for analytics and reporting purposes.
Utilize advanced SQL techniques to support intricate business logic and dashboarding.
Establish data quality assurance and monitoring mechanisms.
Standardize and define business metrics within and across teams.
Create dashboards and enable self-service reporting tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective data solutions.

Candidate Profile

Proven expertise in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing principles.
Skilled in developing ETL or ELT data pipelines.
Knowledgeable about data quality, governance, and validation processes.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Adept at translating business inquiries into data-driven solutions.

Additional Details

Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Work location: Remote
Compensation: $60 to $70 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly
