Data Center Technician - CRAC / UPS / Power

Role Overview

Yaqoota Contracting Co., a Saudi electromechanical contractor and authorized Trane service partner, is looking for experienced Data Center Technicians to support essential maintenance work across Saudi Arabia. The position is tied to mission-critical environments serving government ministries, banks, and other national institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out operation and maintenance activities for data center infrastructure.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CRAC and precision cooling equipment such as Trane, Vertiv/Liebert, Stulz, or similar systems.
• Support UPS units, critical power systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel generators.
• Work with BMS and monitoring platforms; exposure to fire suppression systems will be considered an advantage.
• Prepare clear service reports and complete routine PPM tasks accurately.
• Work on shift schedules and on-call rotations, with travel between sites within Saudi Arabia as required.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of practical experience in data center operations and maintenance.
• Background in HVAC/refrigeration through a diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Manufacturer training or data center certifications such as CDCP are preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, preventive maintenance, and reporting capabilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic language ability is an added advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is beneficial.
