About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst supports distribution and supply chain activities by turning operational data into clear, actionable insights. Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, this position focuses on data collection, analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking to support better business decisions. The role calls for strong attention to detail, solid analytical thinking, and effective collaboration across departments. It also requires regular work with Power BI, Excel, and SQL to build reports, maintain data accuracy, and help improve operational performance in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain activities in depth to uncover opportunities for process improvement.
• Gather, combine, and verify operational data from multiple sources to keep information accurate and dependable.
• Create, refresh, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver timely visibility to stakeholders.
• Present KPIs and analytical findings in a clear and understandable way to teams and leadership.
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to supply chain and distribution teams.
• Keep existing data systems reliable by preserving consistency and data integrity across platforms.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of new reporting tools and analytical outputs that improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or a similar analytical function.
• Strong command of both French and English to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, workflows, and best practices.
• Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboard creation, and SQL-based data handling.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly.
• Ability to collaborate well in a team setting and handle several priorities at once.
