Role Summary

The Data Analyst role is focused on warehouse operations analytics. The position turns operational data into insights that improve productivity, quality, labor utilization, and customer service. It works closely with operations leadership to identify patterns, create reporting, and support informed decision-making in a fast-moving distribution setting.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, clear communication, and the ability to build scalable reporting solutions for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Study operational performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and underlying causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.
• Track essential operational measures such as productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service levels.
• Work with operations managers on workforce planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
• Perform on-demand analysis to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
• Convert complex datasets into practical recommendations for frontline and senior leaders.
• Check data quality and resolve inconsistencies across different systems.
• Streamline recurring reporting through automation to save time and reduce manual work.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through statistical analysis and performance tracking.
• Share findings and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Strong Excel capability, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-paced operational environment.

Compensation

The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,000 to $69,000 per year. The final offer may be adjusted based on market conditions, location, and other relevant factors, and will be determined with the selected candidate in line with applicable law.
