Role Overview
The company is hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst to study data, uncover insights, create reports and dashboards, and support business decisions through a data-led approach.
What You Will Do
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Create, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Pull data from multiple sources, then clean and verify it for accuracy.
- Carry out trend analysis, validation checks, and regular reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into analytical outputs.
- Use findings to support informed decision-making.
- Perform quality checks to keep data reliable and accurate.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Strong command of SQL and data querying.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic Python knowledge, especially Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
