Role Overview
Join Shopee as a Data Analyst Intern focusing on Customer Service Chatbot operations within Regional Operations. This role involves conducting thorough data examinations to identify shortcomings in the chatbot's performance and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the chatbot functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to discover and address any deficiencies within the chatbot system to drive improvements in chatbot KPIs.
- Execute spontaneous problem-solving tasks as required.
- Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of chatbot solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Strong understanding of business operations and acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated individual with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to quickly acquire new skills, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adhere to deadlines.
- Preference for candidates available for full-time internship engagements lasting between 3 to 6 months.
