Job Description

• Develop and distribute detailed reports based on data gathered from multiple sources.
• Utilize existing data elements to generate meaningful metrics, conduct independent data exploration to confirm findings, uncover inconsistencies, and identify patterns or trends.
• Create automated reporting workflows that eliminate the need for manual data transfer or copy-pasting.
• Potentially design data collection instruments using platforms such as Microsoft Forms and REDCap.
• Communicate key analytical insights through various formats, including static reports, interactive dashboards, presentations in PowerPoint, and verbal briefings.
• Demonstrate strong advanced skills in Excel and basic familiarity with at least one programming language, such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, or VBA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with no prior experience required, or an Associate's degree supported by two or more years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds, with lifting occurring occasionally, frequently, or constantly during the workday as appropriate.
• Tasks may involve carrying loads up to 25 pounds, standing and walking occasionally to frequently, and occasional sitting.
• Close visual attention required for computer work, typing, reading, and writing.
• Physical demands vary by specific duties and assigned areas.

Environmental Factors

• Work settings and conditions vary by assignment; exposures may include blood-borne pathogens, biohazardous materials, chemicals, gases, fumes, communicable diseases, and radiation.
• Potential hazards include electrical risks, varying temperatures, lighting conditions, latex, and patient handling challenges.
• Use of personal protective equipment, such as respirators, may be required depending on task and work location.
• Shift work and travel may also be part of job responsibilities.
