Role overview
This position is for a Damp and Mould Operative working within property services for a local social housing contractor. The work is based in Northeast London, covering domestic properties in and around Ilford. The role is permanent and available for an immediate start.
Compensation and package
The salary is up to £38,000 per year. A van and fuel card are included as part of the package.
Working pattern
This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. There is no weekend working.

The main focus of the role is treating damp and mould issues in homes and carrying out related works in domestic properties. You will also be expected to deliver a strong customer experience while managing jobs through a PDA system.
