Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with customs authorities to manage and support all European and UK customs inspection orders operationally.
• Oversee customs operations across European countries and the UK, including coordinating national operations and monitoring and driving the achievement of key performance indicators.
• Manage cross-border operations related to overall European warehouse coordination, cargo delays, and exceptional handling, including fresh cold chain contingencies.
