Widgo creates smart, conversational AI sales agents that operate on client websites to convert visitors into customers. As the company expands rapidly, we are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Support Specialist to represent Widgo and assist users navigating our platform daily.
Role Overview
This position is centered around delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets by addressing customer queries, resolving basic account problems, and guiding users in adjusting their settings through our helpdesk software (Intercom/Zendesk).
- Demonstrate product features to clients, helping them update settings and customize their AI representatives.
- Identify complex technical issues reported by customers, gather detailed information, and escalate these to the product team.
- Create and update clear, straightforward FAQ articles to empower customers with self-service resources.
Who You Are
- Passionate about helping others with a friendly, professional, and patient communication style.
- Excellent at clearly explaining information in an accessible manner.
- Well-organized and dependable, capable of managing multiple support requests without oversight.
- Comfortable adopting new technology tools; coding skills are not required. Preference for candidates with over a year of customer service experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
