About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and service-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team within the healthcare sector. The primary focus is to assist patients, caregivers, and hospital staff by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Working Hours
This position involves an international voice process with shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (post-DST).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to queries from patients and caregivers through phone, email, and chat channels with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide assistance with scheduling appointments, addressing billing concerns, managing insurance claims, and service-related questions.
- Verify documentation in coordination with insurance agencies to ensure accurate compliance with claim procedures.
- Keep detailed and precise records of all interactions in CRM or hospital management software.
- Collaborate with hospital and medical personnel to escalate and resolve urgent issues without delay.
- Offer clear explanations regarding services, procedures, and relevant policies to customers.
- Collect and communicate feedback aimed at enhancing customer experience and support workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role; experience in healthcare, hospital, or insurance support is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills combined with attentive listening abilities.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, hospital management systems, or processes involving insurance claims.
- Patience and empathy particularly in interactions with patients and their families.
